► Digital Files

If you are purchasing a digital template please note that an access link to your file(s) will be delivered to your email address and no items will be physically shipped. All digital purchases will be delivered shortly after your payment has cleared. If you have not received an email from CORJL (our template editing platform) please be sure to look in your spam folder. If it’s not there, please contact us and we will be happy to resend the file.

► Printed Orders

When you place a print order with us, we will print your designs and ship them to you directly. Please note that shipping estimates do not include the time we need to prepare and print your order. We currently only ship to the US, US Territories and Canada. If you’d like to place an international order, we strongly urge you to purchase the digital option.

USA PRINT ORDERS

  • Once you approve your final designs we print your order the following day.
  • Prints will be delivered within 5-8 business days after final design approval. 
  • If you require a rush order or overnight shipping (USA ONLY) we do have those options available during checkout. This does not include the time needed to print your order.

CANADA/PUERTO RICO PRINT ORDERS

  • Once you approve your final designs we print your order the following day.
  • Prints will be delivered within 10-14 business days after final design approval. 

We will not be held responsible for delayed orders due to slow response time from a client, inclement weather, customs delays (Canadian orders) and national holidays.

Returns

Due to the nature of our digital products, it is not possible to “return” the goods therefore we cannot offer a refund or exchange after a file has been downloaded or received.

Printed orders are also subject to our no return/exchange policy. It is imperative for you to double check all designs for spelling and grammar before approving your final proofs and print order. Proofing is the responsibility of the buyer. PLEASE PROOF CAREFULLY. If a mistake is found once you receive your prints in the mail, then you will be responsible for any additional printing charges, and additional shipping charges.

However, we want ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase as we take great care in creating our designs. Should an issue arise please don’t hesitate to reach out.
